针对手机电池表面质量人工检测情况,开发了电池表面缺陷无损检测系统软件。首先电池表面经过倾斜矫正、感兴趣区域提取和字符灰度值修改等预处理操作,通过基于灰度密度分布和灰度差的自适应阈值亮度法对感兴趣区域进行子图像遍历,融合有重合区域的缺陷子图像并滤除没有明显缺陷的区域;然后采用支持向量机多种类分类法,提取二值图像像素分布规律作为训练特征,识别电池表面缺陷种类;最后设计了人机交互界面,确定最佳的可变参数,实验测试缺陷识别率达95%以上。  相似文献

针对采用传统参数估计方法得到的模型拟合误差较大的问题,建立多重威布尔混合分布参数估计的非线性最小二乘模型,并提出基于模拟退火(SA)思想的自适应粒子群(PSO)算法进行求解。在PSO算法优化过程中,采用自适应方法调整惯性权重和加速因子,加快其收敛速度;引入模拟退火机制,根据Metropolis准则确定最优粒子的取舍,改善其全局搜索能力。将该方法应用到某型柴油机喷油器失效分布的参数估计中,并与图解法、基于Levenberg-Marquardt的非线性最小二乘法、标准PSO算法、自适应PSO算法求解的结果进行比较,分析所提方法的优化性能及精度。结果表明,该方法能够有效提高多重威布尔混合分布模型参数估计的精度和效率。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Inertial stabilised platforms are increasingly popular with a large range of products available mainstream. Most items are controlled using popular algorithms that sometimes do not offer best achievable performances. Present paper proposes an advanced control which aims at improving these latter. The exposed solution is based on quaternion representation and self-adapts to the characteristics of the payload it tries to stabilise. Proposed control law ensures the stability of the system whatever the required orientation path is. Although only simulation has been performed to check the performances of such control, results look very promising compared to non-adaptive controls and may help to construct more polyvalent and efficient gimbals which would further facilitate their expansion. Proposed control law can also be applied, as is, to every system that shares the same quaternion-based rotational dynamics.  相似文献

This article studies control and performance enforcement for a class of uncertain dynamical systems that consist of actuated and unactuated portions physically interconnected to each other. The proposed approach stabilizes the overall interconnected system in the presence of unknown physical interconnections as well as system uncertainties. Performance guarantees are enforced, individually, on the actuated as well as unactuated portions of the interconnected system via this approach. For enforcing these performance guarantees, a set-theoretic model reference adaptive control approach is used, in conjunction with linear matrix inequalities, to restrict the respective system error trajectories of the actuated and unactuated dynamics inside a priori, user-defined compact sets. The efficacy of the proposed approach is demonstrated using simulations.  相似文献

An electrocardiogram (ECG) signal is a record of the electrical activities of heart muscle and is used clinically to diagnose heart diseases. An ECG signal should be presented as clear as possible to support accurate decisions made by doctors. This article proposes different combinations of combined adaptive algorithms to derive different noise-cancelling structures to remove (denoise) different kinds of noise from ECG signals. The algorithms are applied to the following types of noise: power line interference, baseline wander, electrode motion artifact, and muscle artifacts. Moreover, the results of the suggested models and algorithms are compared with those of conventional denoising tools such as the discrete wavelet transform, an adaptive filter, and a multilayer neural network (NN) to ensure the superiority of the proposed combined structures and algorithms. Furthermore, the hybrid concept is based on dual, triple, and quadruple combinations of well-known algorithms that derive adaptive filters, such as the least mean squares, normalized least mean squares and recursive least squares algorithms. The combinations are formulated based on partial update, variable step-size (VSS), and second iterative VSS algorithms, which are considered in different combinations. In addition, biased NN and unbiased linear neural network (ULNN) structures are considered. The performance of the different structures and related algorithms are evaluated by measuring the post-signal-to-noise ratio, mean square error, and percentage root mean square difference.  相似文献

In this article, a novel fuzzy adaptive finite-time nonsmooth controller is developed to handle the finite-time tracking problem for a class of uncertain nonlinear systems. Different from traditional fuzzy adaptive approximation methods, proposed method contains only one adaptive parameter, no matter how many states there are in the system. By constructing a new Lyapunov function with prescribed performance bound, the transient and steady performances of control system can be ensured. Further, based on a criterion of finite-time semiglobal practical stability and backstepping technology, a novel fuzzy adaptive finite-time nonsmooth control method is designed. It can be demonstrated that proposed control can effectively ensure tracking error tends to small neighborhood in a finite time. Finally, two examples have been simulated by the proposed control method, and it shows effective tracking performance.  相似文献

This article focuses on the consensus problem of leader-following fractional-order multi-agent systems (MASs) with general linear and Lipschitz nonlinear dynamics. First, the distributed adaptive protocols for linear and nonlinear fractional-order MASs are constructed, respectively. We allow the control coupling gains to be time varying for each agent. Moreover, the adaptive modification schemes for the control gain are designed, which renders smaller control gains and thus requires smaller amplitude on the control input without sacrificing consensus convergence. Second, based on fractional-order Lyapunov stability theorem and Barbalat's lemma, two novel sufficient conditions in terms of linear matrix inequalities are provided to ensure that the leader-following consensus can be obtained in the case for any undirected connected communication graph. Furthermore, we show that the proposed algorithm also works for consensus of agents with intrinsic Lipschitz nonlinear dynamics. As a result, the proposed framework requires no global information and thus can be implemented in a fully distributed manner. Finally, the numerical simulations are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of obtained the theoretical results.  相似文献

The problem of real-time frequency estimation of nonstationary multi-harmonic signals is important in many applications. In this paper, we propose a novel multi-frequency tracker based on a state-space representation of the signal with Cartesian filters and the second-order central divided difference filter (CDDF), which improves the performance of the extended Kalman filter (EKF) by using Stirling's interpolation method to approximate the mean and covariance of the state vector. A crucial element of the method is the adaptive scaling of the process noise covariance matrix appearing in the filter equations, as a function of the innovation sequence, which tunes the accuracy-reactivity trade-off of the filter. The proposed solution is evaluated against two approaches from the literature, namely the factorized adaptive notch filter (FANF) and the extended Kalman filter frequency tracker (EKFFT). Several experiments emphasize the estimation accuracy of the proposed method as well as the improved robustness with respect to initial errors and input signal complexity. The presented method appears to be particularly efficient with rapidly varying frequencies, thanks to the update mechanism that adjusts the filter parameters based on the amplitude of the estimation error.  相似文献

In this article, we develop proportional, fractional-integral, and derivative () controllers for the regulation and tracking problems of nonlinear systems. The analytic results are obtained by extending the passivity-based approach to include fractional operators. Robustness under parametric uncertainty is dealt with by a combination with an adaptive scheme. It is also shown their robustness under additive noise and their robustness under uncertainty in the derivation order. The advantages in the controlled system performance and in the control energy consumption in comparison to classic PI and proportional integral derivative controllers are illustrated for the quadratic boost converter and a benchmark system in the literature.  相似文献

Malic acid derived from fossil resources is currently applied in the food and beverage industries with a medium global production capacity. However, in the transition from a fossil-based to a bio-based economy, biotechnologically produced l -malic acid may become an important platform chemical with many new applications, especially in the field of biopolymers. In this review, currently used petrochemical production routes to dl -malic acid are outlined and insights into possible bio-based alternatives for microbial l -malic acid production are provided. Besides ecological reasons, the possibility to produce enantiopure l -malic acid by microbial fermentation is the biggest advantage over chemical synthesis. State-of-the-art and open challenges concerning production host engineering, substrate choice and downstream processing are addressed. With regard to production hosts, a literature overview is given covering the leading natural production strains of Aspergillus, Ustilago and Aureobasidium, as well as Escherichia coli as the most important engineered recombinant host. The utilization of renewable substrates as an alternative to glucose is emphasized in particular as a key aspect for a competitive bio-based production. Out of the alternative substrates discussed in this review, the industrial side-streams crude glycerol and molasses seem to be most promising for large-scale l -malic acid production. © 2019 The Authors.
